What you are suggesting is not only obviously stupid but horridly illegal. It could include the following legal issues Trespassing for Provincial Law, and various local bylaw, as for Criminal Code Offences see below:
Section 175 CAUSING DISTURBANCE, INDECENT EXHIBITION, LOITERING
Section 180 COMMON NUISANCE
Section 63 UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY
Section 86 CARELESS USE OF A FIREARM
Section 87 POINTING A FIREARM
Section 88 POSSESSION OF A WEAPON FOR DANGEROUS PURPOSE
Section 89 CARRYING A WEAPON WHILE ATTENDING A PUBLIC MEETING
Section 90 CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON
Section 91 UNAUTHORIZED POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
Section 219 CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE
and that is without anyone getting hurt.
Also that if forgetting the ERT/ETF/TRU Factor - So go ahead and play your games in public spaces, in that backlot, empty park or such. But when you shit yourself, as a REAL MP5 is pointed at you, please do not bitch.
If you honestly really care about this sport, and want to be involved you need to be RESPONSIBLE, and act with a STANDARD OF CARE.
If you are 18+ maybe you should reconsider your approach. If you are a not, and some kid, looking to play. There is a reason why 18+ is a benchmark on ASC
1) In Ontario and other locations you must be 18 to purchase or have care and control over an airgun.
2) As an Adult you are fully able to consent to, and enter into any activity or contract without restrain.
3) As an Adult you can be held fully liable and responsible for your actions.
So please consider that your fun, might end up being someone else's injury, which might put our sport at risk.
I will now holster my flamethrower, put the pin back in that thermite grenade and soak up that gasoline I poured out - HEY anyone seen my lighter???
