no it doesn't mean anything. I've had packages from the US that says that on the day i pay the person. I believe it's just a system for the seller to take advantage of. i.e they can just submit the shipping information just to get a tracking number.Why would canada post keep your package for that long anyways? hopefully you can get your money back.
