I asked myself the same questions a month or two back. Decided on the 4.3 Hicapa because it retained the compact look, is touted as being crazy reliable, and has so much opportunity for aftermarket upgrades it's crazy. Just look up ILLusion and his hicapa upgrading goodness.
The 5.1 is a good idea too.
