you're choosing 2 very differant animals. base your choice on what you want out of a sidearm. if you want pure control and precision than get the hicapa. if you want to cramp your face smiling after shooting than get one of the full autos. reliability is very differant though. if you want lasting power than hicapa. full auto sidearms are purely for fun...you'll have an empty mag from target because you were distracted by how much fun it is to shoot.
