This is what you need, the RRV itself :

As far as a cummberbund on that I know there is one out there but it's rare as hell and part of the RLCS kit if I'm not mistaken. I don't suggest it though since the RRV by itself covers a lot and most operators that uses it will have a PACA underneath it to cover their sides.
