I also found a site called www.cheapbatterypacks.com and I was interested in making a custom battery but I don't know what cell's would fit and I dont know what kind a wire to use? Keep in mind thats only if the nunchuck battery doesn't fit.

I had the exact same stock as you and ordered a pack from cheapbatterypacks.com
Excellent quality, shipping was reasonable and it fit just fine. Just make sure you get the Crane Stock battery meant for Classic Army and you're good to go. They've already had people order them so they know the dimensions and if they'll fit or not. They also have a little drop down menu where you can choose your gun and then the cells.
