When I took my right grip off, it came flying out and I actually lost it in my mess of a basement. I found it shortly after tho
I would advise you to take off the right grip carefully and slowly and make sure your surroundings are relatively clear in case it does fly out. For me, the little bugger flew off in the 2-3 o'clock direction.
