Well in my experience, a VSR with a PDI cylinder and stock sears shooting 380-400fps will last 3000 rounds
The moment you put that gun over 400fps, you'll be lucky if you get more than 20 rounds off before the sears break lol
If your sears don't look worn on the catch, and they're still straight, then just buy a new piston
