Need Help Choosing a New ''High Speed'' Rig

I am considering a new rig and am at the point where I need opinions based on personal experience.

I want light and easy. The rig must be super stable when in a full sprint.
I need the room for at least four double armalite pouches and a dump pouch.
I am considering the move from TT's basic plate carrier simply because I think there must be something -a little- better out there.

I have been considering chest rigs due to their breathability but have no idea about their stability (or comfort) characteristics.

The most promising contender right now is the TT MAV one-piece.

I would probably buy the X-Harness, too.

I would have to buy a separate pack for hydration at milsims.

Other rigs I was looking at:

Basically I have no idea when it comes to this gear and need to know what works and what doesn't.
Espeically I need opinions on the chest rig/mini-pack combo. Also, if you think I should stick with my current rig
(based on http://www.tacticaltailor.com/modularplatecarrier.aspx), tell me why.

cheers,

Where can I go for additional information on this subject?
