:P Like I said I already OWN an on vest dump pouch and it doesn't jump around much at all.
In the field lots of guys have maxpedition style belt setups and they don't seem any better, thats for sure.
EDIT: like I said, I have no idea about 1)chest rigs vs plate carriers or 2) combining chest rigs with separate hydro packs.
