You shouldn't need any torque up gear level at all for that specific spring, but going one level up doesn't hurt (ie Systema Energy Torque Up or Prometheus Double Torque.) It just slows down your ROF a bit.
As for the piston, I've always recommended the Prometheus piston, and my opinion on it still hasn't changed.

And yea, SIGs use the medium motor, and to what I know they only come as stock-replacement parts and SystemA parts. I'm not a huge fan of the pinion gear that comes on them, but plan on replacing that with the rest of the parts I'll end up replacing soon as well.

Replace the pinion gear with an Eagle Force gear. WAY stronger.
