Seen this sort of thing a few times, once was with a Systema piston jamming on the mechbox rails at a certain point (fixed by careful filing), the other times was due to the bearing spring guide jamming up the rear of the piston, gun would run fine with stock guide, but would jam fully rear with the bearing one.
