that is the problem with clone internals and boxes. things don't fit right and have a lot of play in it.
there have been several threads where people suggest ways to keeps bits in place as you close the box. it takes time and practice. search the forums and you should find some. I'm sure I've suggested a thing or two but I've moved on from trying to fidget with the clone boxes and parts.
for the anti reverse latch, use some white lithium grease to hold it still.
