[Con Murder]

Starting up this year and its been decided to get our team set up with radios.
Now what do we do? Some guys got tons of $$ some just a bit, so whats compatible? Can my teammates grab different radios and still connect? Most of us want throat mics but not every one wants to blow a bunch of cash.
I need some insight, as we play on quite a large field and want to use them at claybank this year. Kinda like buy it once and thats it. Oh what am I saying, I know you guys know what the goods are! !
