It is generally agreed upon the Star is of inferior qualitiy to the Ares model of UMP. Disbarring that fact, the star UMP could be quiet difficult to find in Canada, unless one buys used.
Which you could do once you have completed your age verification. Upon doing so I suggest you hit the classifieds and see if you can find one.
Also it never hurts to check out the reviews on other sites, or even this one.
