Here are my internals:
-IK light weight BBU + piston
-Guarder 150% recoil spring
-Firefly hopup
-Tanio Koba Twist barrel

- Lighter blowback unit (Nine Ball Featherweight)
- Ventilated piston head (Nine Ball Dyna)
- Shock buffers (Airsoft Surgeon... you should be able to cram in up to 4. Note: this will disable slide lock)
- Stronger recoil spring (Airsoft Surgeon.)
The Airsoft Surgeon recoil spring set is sold as a "140%" spring, but in my experience, it feels more like 170%.
I built an uberbuild exactly like this... sold it to Tyson before I even got to test it, but he says that the cycling speed is mind blowing. The slide is also a full inch shorter than a Hi-Capa 5.1 slide, and has 7 speed ports milled out of it. The COMPLETE weight of the slide + cocking handle + fully assembled nozzle/blowback unit was lighter than the original Tokyo Marui blowback unit by itself!!!
