I personally don't like paypal that much. They will sometimes screw you and take your money/limit you (seemingly randomly). It's rare but I've heard from a few people who have had that done to them.

As for how it works the username/account is linked to the email address so you just input the sellers info and paypal will transfer the funds from your bank account or credit card if you've linked it.

Also buyer MAY decide to screw you but with a confirmed address it's less likely because paypal will screw them for scamming if they're caught. Make sure your package is tracked and if a dispute is opened up just show paypal the receipt/tracking number and hopefully you won't be limited.
