Hey guys, Im charging my G&P 9.6V 2300mAH battery for the first time. Im using my Piranha charger and im charging it at 0.9A, 8mV/C for delta peak. When i look on the LCD screen of my charger, the Output Voltage reads 10.95V and the Input Voltage to Charger is 15.71V.

My questions are, these two voltage values are higher than the rated 9.6V of my G&P battery. Is this normal? Will it damage my battery?
