Possibilities:
-They are back-ordered or swamped at this current time
-It hasn't cleared customs yet (or WON'T clear customs)

I would ask the company if they have a tracking number for your package, and if they've ever had problems shipping to Canada.
I would also try to keep your orders to within Canada; not only does it cut down on ship time/duty fees, but wouldn't you rather buy from a fellow Canadian? The govenator has enough money as it is.
