You'd be getting yourself close to 400fps with those upgrades, which you might be going for, but your headroom will be reduced. From all the Modify springs I've installed, roughly a 90 will net around 330-340fps, a 100 will get you 360-370fps, so a 110............ plus a longer barrel (my MP5SD got a 20fps increase by putting in a 100mm longer barrel)......
