Firstly, thank you very much for your trust and support to us!
We hereby annouce an urgent and important notice regarding the serious postponement of the shipments of orders placed in JAN.FEB and MARCH,2010. We are extremely sorry about any delayed shipment for the orders placed during this period. At the beginning we thought the main reason of the delay was the long Chinese new year holiday( and we also explained to the customers with this reason), but soon after the holiday we found we were wrong. We tried to improve our lead time by using an advanced management system in March, but as most customers would have known we still failed to ship most orders as promised which was out of our expectation..
We began to realise there must be something wrong with the production chain and we started to investigate the whole production line, after around a 2-week-observation and investigation, with full evidences and witnesses, we found out the main reason: Our former production manager was bought over, by one of our competitors here, which gave shock to every member of FLYYE INDUSTRIES, this was very disappointing. Many orders were delayed to put into production on purpose and the lead time was lengtherned.
We think this reason might be hard to to accepted by everyone, and could be considered as an excuse. But this is what we must be honest with to everyone.
Now we have relieved the production manager of her job, and we already have a new power who are veteran and professional joining us. With the scientific new management system we believe we can provide a better, and faster production and shipping service to you from now on!
We will try our best to ship every delayed orders asap, and once again, we apologized to all the delayed shipments which has caused the very inconvenience to you because of our negligence on the production management before.
Finally, thank you all so much for your great understanding, patience and trust, we won't let you down any more.
