I thought Canadians are known for being nice?

Object to it all you like, I stand by it.
1) Viral means spread, IE. Using forums in different countries to pretend to be a "customer" is called Viral Advertising. And he has already made 2 posts advertising this crap in unrelated threads. I think you should look the definition up.
2) Scam means doing something to trick or deceive someone. Pretending to be a "satisfied client" to advertise your own product is low and underhanded and in my books.. a scam. This has been tried by other companies (*cough cough* bioval) and failed.
3) I dig up dirt on people because part of my job is to research competitors, who they are, what theyve done, who their CIO, CEO are, what systems they run, who hosts their servers, what OS, etc etc.
4) Your brand new to the forums, JUST registered, and the first thing you do is "object" and defend this person with your first post?
I call Shenannigans.
