Your best bet is to start daving your money and slowly buying the basic gear you will need. Eye protection, BDU and boots (If you have stopped growing).
For the rest, wait untill you are set and ready to buy your first AEG when you are 18. You have a lot of time to re-think your loadout.
Also, play paintball with some of the milsim folks. It will give you a valuable experiance.
