Prom only makes flat unfortuntely. If possible, I would have liked to get helical prom gears too, but alas, they dont make em.
Benefit of helicals is that they mesh nicer and are a bit more quiet, but they shim differently, and imo are a pain in the ass to do.
Systema helicals come with an instruction page on how many, which and where the shims need to be put, but dont follow the guide. Even with systema boxes, the shimming instructions are almost ALWAYS off, causing the box to be misshimmed.
Saying your spring is 130 means nothing to me. Id need to know what brand and subdesignation. (ie. Systema M130, Guarder SP130, AS 130%) etc etc.
I always recommend the Torque up sets, you shouldnt need a double torque unless your running a REALLY heavy spring. In which case, considering your not AV'ed and are brand new to the sport according to the sign up date, I would not feel comfortable with you using on any of our fields. Be aware that most fields have a 350-400fps field limit. 350 for indoors, 400 for outdoors. Some allow up to 425, but its very rare in ontario, but some other provinces have different limits.
Most people have their outdoor guns at 380-390 to allow for temperature variances. Remember, 400 fps is a limit, not a goal.
