Some lipo balance chargers have a lipo charge mode that does not balance.
Look through your manual and see if there is a balance charge mode, or you may have to balance the cells then charge the pack.
My charger book said that a pack should never be allowed to drop below 3.0v per cell, as once they drop in below that the risk of fire is greater when you are recharging them.
