The benefit in terms of ease of use for half this magpul stuff is debatable, I can check my action/chamber, have the empty mag out, new mag in and have my action forward and put rounds down range in under 3 seconds with my C7, the old C7, not the fancy new ambicrap one, while the bolt release is a nice little peice, most people can't whack it under stress during BMQ/SQ contact with blanks never mind if they were actually being shot at, so alot of us just rack the charging handle, never mind fiddling with some silly BAD lever :P

I have a GBBR, I know a bunch of people with GBBRs..... I know they have hammers, but none of the ones I've seen or own have the little bar, so if I'm curious as to what it is or it's purpose/function, then I'm obviously going to ask
