honestly, anytime you hit any one with anything its assult, and your sons friend or you or your son are all going to feel the effects of any assult charge that relates to using a non deadly weapon on a person which could result in somethin fairly serious. Although consitering that I have been in similar instances before I had matured a little, this is canada and unless you permenantly fuck someone up, the most you will get is community service and probation. something you must remember though is that you (or your son or his friend) are the reason that airsoft is not so accepted by all authorities.
If it is you and not some kid who dosent know better with some see through k mark gun that some homeless guy got for him... fuck you this is the reason I cant get a cheap gun from the rest of the world where people are more responsible...
