have you tried JB Weld?
Might wanna think about replacing it altogether and ya im in the same boat for WE 3.8 Parts as well Although some good news apperantly alot of the parts are the same as the 4.3 and the 5.1 so you might luck out and it might be one of the compatible parts.
Lost my front sight and have been searching for almost a year 8(
