My rifle won't cock back, and the dust cover...doesn't cover forces to be opened. Any help will do. I haven't opened the gun yet cause I'm about to watch jackass 3D. But can't get it off my mind please help

iv got a chance to open it now. the charging handle's tip that opens the dust cover is busted. seem like the charging handle is waaaayyy to small for it. extreme wobble so it wont hit the release of the cover once i did get it to close. now i cant get the nuts under the pitil grip to remove motor any idea on how to remove?
