50mm is huge... the largest I have seen is 42mm...
But you might be able to build one out of an other one...
Check with a machinist to see if you can make a slip-over for a KingArms Lightweight series (They are 38mm if I remember right).
The one for Mac10/11 is two levels, the large portion is 50mm and the small is 35-ish.
