Use the armour to back up the gun.. no need to get the stock in the pocket .. and less worries about cheekweld... the plate will transmit the recoil to the body.. but much dispersed.
Or .. do the # 1 airsofter solution.. get a gun with a folding stock.. and just shoot it folded .. like a good PBer should.
