The 1st pic is the prototype of 06 vest, already got a newer version issued, the 2nd pic is just purely for making a show to the media, its just some cheap clone.

And it looks like some of them use crossdraw vests...
I'm not sure if they've totally standardized the vests by now, but every picture I saw of them got a different load out =P |
