Because i'm currently quite small (5'5 140lbs) my CIRAS is a little disproportionate on me even when between the smallest size (which pretty much chokes me) and the 3rd smallest (which is almost right).
Because i used Mr.Hitmans "plates" technique, i just trimmed down my plates to where my stock is going to sit against my shoulder.
Might not work though if your using any other type of fake plates.
