We 1911s' ARE partially compatible with TM. On the 1911 models, The slide/barrel assemblies are interchangeable but if your putting TM on a WE there is a small rail in the slide you'll have to take out. The lower internals (hammer/sears/etc) of WE 1911s' are the same as TM HI-Cappas-not 1911, but the trigger stirrup and mag catch are not interchangeable.
