you can get a metal lower from dlask armories in bc.they are 99.percent finished.so they are not considered a fire arm.and are perfectly legal to ship.all yo need is a good machinist to finish it for you.
considering the lower reciever from dlask is a real steel lower.but it should fit and work.
with minor machining.
