I got a reply from Terry at extreme-fire today. He said currently it is not possible, as the mosfet doesn't know what setting the gun is in (safe, semi auto), and I'm not sure if it will even know the difference between the two stages in the trigger. I did order it though, so it should be here like middle of next week!
