As many others have said, the CF vest sucks.
as for CP gear, its top notch. I live near its 2 retail locations and the warehouse and have been using thier stuff since i was a kid. I have been using the same bag for school for 10 years now without a single issue.
I also use a bunch of their stuff for airsoft and in the field.
