Currently my grenadier loadout will include my CAW revolver and my King arms M79 as a back up I have my trusty G19 with 4 mags, if the day require me to be a dedicated 40mm I usually will load up to 60 x Kings and Cherries nades and another 60 on standby in case if I need them.
Get yourself a custom vest (like I do) there are a few gear makers here that can do that for you, I have a custom 30rnds vest that will fit my Kings and my cherries )Madbull XP204 and XP108 CO2nades) plus if I want to be a real asshole I have two 8rnd drop leg 40MM pouch
it is possible to run around with 40+40mm just be nice to your local bastard rep
