500fps with 0.20g
All guns are chroned with 0.20g and must not exed the limit velocity with 0.20g. The user is free to use any other BBs after that.
My M24 chrony at about 450fps with 0.20g, and drop to 420 fps with 0.30g
I have yet to chrony it with my 0.36g teflon coated (Still in the mail).
So yes, the eveyer the BBs, the lower the FPS.
When you have a eavy BBs, you get a nicer ballistic curve witch allow you to determine a more precise point of impact.
I strongly suggest that you get a lower velocity kit than 500fps.
At 500fps, your rifle is not gamable at most field.
