this specific replica isn't exactly the best make. decent starter vest but will fall apart easily - made with cheap material and poor stitching. the interchangeable holster/mag pouches are probably secured with either velcro or webbing on the perimeter, which would tend to flop around. this being said based on I started with that vest as well.

there are many similar vests of higher quality if you look around more.
