Imperial Airsoft feedback. 1/2

First of all, this was done through phone, maybe that's what cause the communication error.

Preordered the cansoft almost 3 weeks ago.

My credit card was charged, but no follow up with order status and what not.

I've called the store plenty times already, even to confirm email address.

No email regarding order #, shipping status(I know I'm suppose to wait, so not a big deal).


I've heard good things about them, staffs are very friendly, wonder what happened.
