Shouldn't have any issues but if you do or you choose to run the stock spring you can.

If you look at the stock guide rod near the back there is a pin, hold the spring back punch that pin out to remove the end and the same end for most metal guide rods just unscrews then swap springs and done.

Edit; yes that tiny hole you saw there is a roll pin in it that's what you need to punch out.
