Thumbs up for the Prowin, but I would be careful as they are made for marui and G&G are one of those dealies that like their proprietary parts. I'm sure it will fit, but just be wary if it wont.
Madbull isn't bad, but prometheus is a much better choice. Well worth the extra dollar.
If you're using an SCS concave spacer, get an ARS hopup rubber from airsoft parts. Also understand that there are mods required on the hop rubber itself to get the most of the accuracy out of the spacer. (Cutting of the 'bump' inside the sleeve.)
As for metal parts... Again, proprietary. I had to replace near everything on the outside of my G&G just to accommodate metal parts.
You're better off just upgrading the internals and leaving it at that. They're sturdy enough as is.
