Tokyo Marui has a little piece which goes into the feed lip of the mag. This will prevent the slide from lock back while still retaining the blow back without shooting bbs. I'm sure you can fashion a little piece of plastic to do the same. TM made this piece for the purpose to be use in movies and reenactments.
