It will depend on the type of gun you have. But spring snipers are relatively similar for spring power. Your honest to god best bet is to ask an experienced sniper. There aren't a whole hell of a lot of them, but when it comes to sniper rifles they are the only ones that can give you a straight answer. Try finding guys in the forums that talk about, or review snipers. You may even find one for your particular gun.
