PGC M249 Mechbox

Not that's it, I've stripped my last piston (the 4th... and on a regular 9.6V battery, not a 12V!) in this mof*cking gun, it's time to make some drastic changes into that mechanism.

I've heard about this PGC mechbox for M249, but everywhere I see it, it is sold out. Also, the price tag is quite hefty, so I am wondering if it is really worth the investment. I'm also wondering if this gearbox requires Marui-style components or TOP components.

Also, I'd like to know if there are alternatives to that PGC mechbox.

Thanks in advance
