The gun you posted is the Yonesawa Colt Government Model push cocking springer. When fired the slide moves back and you push it forward to cock it again.
It is not really good quality compared to pistols made today. It's value is more for a collector than an airsofter. It is still somewhat common so it is worth about $16 to $32 USD.
