you didnt get screwed man it could just as easily be a mag thing, they also didnt lube the barrel perse they put a drop of silicon oil in it and what ran a push rod thru to get the dirt and shit out of it? you dont leave the oil in there you clean it till the rag doesnt come out wet anymore. How often was it misfeeding? and honsetly did it happen to them as they tried it? Guns do misfeed it does happen, a small piece of dust, a small deformation on the bb, the tappet not cycling quite enough (ie sticks), were you holding the mag in the mag well, etc...there are tons of reasons why it could have happened, dont feel you got a lemon.
There all sales is final is why you cant return it, its now a used gun that most people wont want to buy, but on the bright side they will back what they sell to a certain point even taking a hit on the sale, I have seen this with my own eyes.
Buying used on this forum has its perks, If someone screws you on this site I would not want to be him, everyone knows everyone on this site and really if you get screwed there are reprocusions for it.
