Theoretically changing to 'always off' during the 'fall back' and 'always on' during the 'spring forward' should fix the problem of being off by an hour. But then again, I already change enough clocks, haha.
I was referring to the - having to log in 3 times *getting a profile redirect to a blank page, before the site loaded properly -
