It strips just like the real thing to start at least.
Watch the push pins on the rear cover, line up the spring on them with the notch on the receiver or they'll jam in and you'll be sad.
So push pins out, stock off, bolt carrier group out the back, and then the fun begins.
You have to remove the selector and bolt hold open switches, then push out the trigger pin and remove the trigger. Be gentle with the trigger because that spring is easy to tweak and it's the hardest part of this whole deal.
Then unscrew the flash hider and the barrel group will slide out to the rear.
If your stomach is starting to hurt right about now then it just gets worse with some more push pins, tiny set screws and parts that fit in upside down but won't work that way. If it's not hurting then carry on.
It's honestly not that hard and I did mine without any formal guide, just by looking at it and saying "well this has to come out before that will move" and so on. I found it easier than a mechbox.
